A few honest words

Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-05-01

By using Reti, you're agreeing to these terms. They're meant to be plain — no legalese tricks. If anything's unclear, write to hello@withreti.com and we'll explain.

Your account

You need to be 16 or older to create an account. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for anything saved or done from your account.

What you save is yours

The items, notes, and idea cards you save belong to you. We store and serve them; we don't claim ownership. If you delete your account, your data is removed.

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases

Premium subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the app's settings, and your subscription stays active until the end of the current period — no further charges. Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-refundable except as required by law.

The 14-day free trial on monthly and yearly plans is a courtesy. We don't charge you during the trial; your card is charged on day 14 unless you cancel before then.

Refunds

If you're unhappy within 14 days of being charged for a subscription, write to us and we'll refund. After that, we generally don't issue refunds for subscriptions, but we'll always consider individual circumstances. Lifetime purchases follow the same 14-day window.

What you can't do

Don't try to break the service, abuse other users, save illegal content, or scrape our APIs in ways that disrupt others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

No promises

Reti is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and reliable, but we can't guarantee zero downtime or that every feature will work perfectly forever. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
